Details
During the storage of thermal paper, the thermal coating will fail and degrade due to environmental factors. Although the storage environment of thermal paper may not be as severe as the trading environment, it takes much longer to produce adverse effects.
1. Plasticization resistance
Plasticizer is a substance added to plastic to make it flexible. Examples are plastic adhesives and board protectors. Plasticizers attack dyes and usually severely reduce the print quality of thermal paper.
2. Chemical resistance
Chemicals that are hazardous to thermal paper will leave traces on thermal paper like colored pens when contacted with thermal paper. Such chemicals will also have similar effects when sprayed on thermal paper storage. The best way to prevent plasticizers and chemicals from reducing print quality is to prevent them from contacting thermal paper. If contact cannot be avoided, surface coatings that resist plasticizers and chemicals can be formulated to reduce failure.
3. Validity Period
The expiration date is another issue to consider when storing documents. To help prevent documents from tearing when they are accessed during storage, choose thermal paper with a higher gram weight, thermal paper with a surface coating to extend the storage time, or thermal paper with a composite substrate.

1. Could you send a free sample for testing?
Yes. Our stock size sample is free and the express cost is free If the sample to your China agent. If you need OEM printed sample which must be the same as your artwork then will charge some sample cost but will refund to you after you order finally. If need us to send sample overseas, then we will charge parts of express cost.
2. What is your MOQ?
we don't request MQQ. We welcome to test and trial orders, which we believe, would definitely lead to bigger and more regular orders in the future. We accept different products of ours mixed in one container. We are professional at working out the most reasonable way to load the maximum of container space.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
Printing cost is related to the quantity of each order and the number of artwork colors. Please contact us freely with your detailed requirements by email. Our sales group would come back to you immediately with the best quotation.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, 2-3 weeks after confirmed the order. For OEM printed paper, 3-4weeks after confirmed the artwork design.
5. What is the product wrap?

Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: 1 roll or 2 rolls
Customer OEM printed paper wrap: 1 roll or 2 rolls

6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Yes, we accept SGS or any other third party to inspect goods before delivery and load the goods.
7. What is your payment term?
We accept TT, LC terms. In terms of FOB: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. In terms of CFR: 30% deposit, balance against copy BL after shipment. While the long-term customers always get more favorable terms than this because it is our goal to do mutual-beneficial business with our customers.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?
