What are the quality requirements for carbonless paper?
1. Quantitative: Carbonless copy paper develops color by force, and the pressure is proportional to the number of color layers. Generally, 40g/m2 base paper is used, and the number of color layers is 5-7. The width deviation of the base paper is generally controlled at 0, 5% to meet the requirements of coating processing.
2. Strength: For low-speed coating below 100m/min, the break length of the base paper is higher than 3600m; for coating speeds above 200m/min, the break length of the base paper is higher than 4000m.
3. Smoothness: As the smoothness of the paper, especially the back smoothness, determines the effective distribution of the coated materials, the smoothness of both sides has a greater impact on the color rendering effect of the paper. Generally, the frontal smoothness should be greater than 60s, and the difference between the two sides should not be greater than 20%.
