Description

There are two kinds of coatings in carbonless copy paper: the CF layer containing the color developing agent and the CB layer containing the color developing agent. The chromogen is a special leuco dye, which has been dissolved in a non-volatile carrier oil and encapsulated by 3~7μm microcapsules. The impact pressure of strong writing and printing can crush the microcapsules, causing the leuco dye solution to flow out and contact with the developer, and a chemical reaction occurs to present colored graphics and text, thereby achieving the purpose of copying. Carbonless copy paper is divided into 45g/m2CB paper, 47g/m2CF paper and 52g/m2CFB paper according to the quantitative basis; according to the color of the paper, there are five kinds of red, yellow, green, blue, and white; according to the color traces, there are blue, Yellow, orange, black, red and other colors.

Product Introduction

Carbonless copy paper works in a fairly simple way. It consists of sheets of paper that are coated
on the bottom and/or the top with a reactive. The back of the first sheet is coated with micro-encapsulated dye. The top of the middle sheet is coated with a clay that quickly reacts with the dye to form a permanent mark. The back of the middle sheet is also coated with the dye. The lowermost sheet is coated on the top surface with the clay with no coating applied to the back side.
When someone writes on the sheets, the pressure from the point of the writing instrument causes
the micro-capsules to break and spill their dye. Since the capsules are so small, the print obtained is
very accurate. Carbonless copy paper was also available in a self-contained version that had both the
ink and the clay on the same side of the paper.

How can I get the sample?
For ordinary paper rolls, forms or labels, we need 1-2 working days to complete, and for pre-printed samples, we need about a week.
