To judge whether there is a problem with the thermal print head, you can see whether the printed receipt is blurred. If it is, it is usually the thermal head is stained. 3. Check the thermal printer roller. When printing, you need to use the roller to press the thermal paper firmly. If the roller is loose, it will cause poor contact between the thermal printing needle and the thermal paper, making it impossible to print.
